The homeowner went under contract with this house when it was already midway through construction. For those reasons, many finishes and layouts weren’t negotiable. Despite that, we’re very proud of the finished product of this home. We designed and provided all furniture, lighting, rugs, and artwork. We also had input on all the design features that were still up for grabs. The family had a small child when moving in. So we had to walk that fine line between making sure everything was kid-friendly, but also very stylish and trendy. It is said that the husband is notorious for making messes and spilling drinks, etc. They also have many pets. For those reasons, performance fabrics were selected to ensure longevity.
